We used the ride Rohit was very polite to come back to us and apologiee for the rude behaviour the the lady had when we took a ride for our kids @ 3 pm on Sunday 21st, my daughter went to return and she was staring when my daughter said you said to come back at 3 and she denied she told any return time.Kids are your customers be polite to them if you want them to be back..

So much fun! Kids love riding these little motorized animals around the mall. It’s great for adults too so you don’t have to walk from store to store.

When my son first took the ride the guy started 1 minute early. Thats not the bad part. The ride was barley moving, i mean an ant could probaly walk faster. When we informed the worker he changed the speed but it was already 5 minutes in and he wouldnt give us the time back.

I wish i can give them zero stars i went with my twin girls and he gave me one with a dead battery because they were so busyI asked for another one and the guy there said he wont change it and that he set it on slow for purpose as per a new policy that came up TODAY!!!How come he needed to set only ONE to slow speed but the other one is regular speed?The guy was so rude when i tried to explain to him how slow the ride is he kept staring/playing on his phone without looking at me saying I can’t do anything its the policy!Worst employee, worst experience and most disgusting dirty stuffed rides

My daughter was complaining the lady was staring at her in a rude manner while we were discussing about the time we came back and payment amount. She said we can come back around 3 O’clock and when we came back at 3 she was asking for more payment. My daughter questioned this and this lady don’t know how to reply politely to kids.
